HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is FREE for standard US shipping. Shipping times may vary. When you shop at AAURA, your goods will leave our warehouse within two days of the order and can take three to five days once received by the mail carrier. We cannot ship to PO BOXES.

DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL OR EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

Yes!

Next day air: $38.00 (next business day)

Second day air $30.00 (2 business days)

Four day select: $24.00 (4 business days)

Please note: Orders placed after 2:00 P.M. PST will be processed the next BUSINESS day. Credit card authorization and address verification MUST be approved prior to leaving our warehouse.

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY PACKAGE?

Shipping Confirmation Emails

A shipping confirmation email is sent when all or part of your order is on its way to you. This email will also include the tracking information for your shipment. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In those rare instances, a claim needs to be placed with the carrier. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays or any Holidays. Confirmation emails will let you know what is being shipped with its carrier and tracking information.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date. We cannot reimburse for expedited shipping. We accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged, with tags still attached. Payment will be returned to the credit source originally used. Please email us at support@aauraeverything.com first with the reason for the return and instructions. Please return your order to the address listed below:

Items on Sale are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. Items purchased with a discount code can be exchanged for store credit and are not eligible for refunds.

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Yes.

When you order from AAURA, we will keep you updated on your order status via email. Please allow up to 12-24 Business hours from shipping confirmation to have visibility to the carrier’s tracking data and tracking movement.
